Cleaning Kopi Luwak

Kay Kopi luwak is 100% safe to consume. After collection, we wash the beans to remove the outer shell and then dry them in the Indonesian sun. After drying, we wash a second time to ensure all outer shells are removed. At this point we re-dry the beans again.  Finally, right before we are ready to ship to you, we roast the beans at 220 degrees Celsius.  At this temperature, no bacteria can survive.
